Health food
Well I saw this and thought I’d give it a try. It will be my lunch for tomorrow. Easy to make and simple. 
Well it’s been a while since I have been in here. So how is everyone doing?  
I have taken myself back to the gym near enough every day so far and changed my eating habits so much. I tend to try and stay away from takeaways now. I tend to eat more veg and salads and have some sort of protein at least every 4 hours. 
This could be nuts, shakes or bars. Not fussed really.  


Also I have started have what is known as green shakes. If done right it tastes good. But dam it is effective (if you get my meaning) šŸ˜‚. 
šŸ pineapple 140 g

šŸ‹ lime 1

šŸ„’ cucumber 140g

Spinach. 140g

Coconut oil. 1 tbsp

Water. 250g 
Blend it all together and I find it taste better if it not to cold. Something like room temperature.
