My plain life

I have chosen a few aftershaves I personally like and smells that don’t cost a lot of money compared to some well known aftershaves. 
First of is FERRARI RED, this is sold in a brilliant red bottle and it is an eye catcher. The smell is masculine but sweet, it gets the attention when you wear it. The only down side to this after shave is that the aroma doesn’t last very long. You can look around and find it for the price of about £20. But all in all not a bad buy. 

The second after shave is by Jamie Redknapp and called Elite gentleman Untailored. This a pleasant sweet smell and does last for a while. Jamie has done well with this one. It last for a while when used and is also cheap to buy. It is sold by Avon and is one of 3 after shaves made by Jamie Redknapp for Avon. It retails at about £8. 

Third is one of the three aftershaves made by Jamie Redknapp for Avon. This is also a sweet but not as much as the one above. It is sold obviously by Avon and retails for £8 roughly. This is one of my favourite smells. It does also last for a while better than the others. 

Lastly is an old one and usually people relate this to old men. It is Brute Sport Style. It is a good aftershave and smells great, sweet but strong and does last for a while. I have had good reports from friends on it smelling nice. You can buy this in places like Bodyshop or on Amazon and could sell for about £6. 

These are just my personal choices. And I do like to a cheap but nice smell. I do know that there are lots more better aftershaves out there but this is my choice. 

Not to long ago I went for a photo shoot in London. I have never done one before and I can honestly say I truly enjoyed it. Over all it took about 4 hours with choosing outfits that were laid out for me. Having make up put on me as I had a shiny face and head 😂. 
After doing that I thought that I would love to do this in my spare time and then make a career out of it. I now know that with my features it is not easy to get in too. The agencies are looking for a particular look as usual. 
Tall, slim, cheek bones and a six pack. Well to be honest that ain’t me 😞 yet. I mean the slim and six pack yet. 

Below you see the sort of outfits that I think would look good on me in a shoot. We see plain but thick smart jumpers worn with a plain shirt 👚 and also without a shirt. Both look good. A thick grey cardigan (which I do have myself). Also a thick brown half coat which falls just below the waist. 

Also below we see three pictures of men wearing winter clothes. Brown/ tan chinos worn with a red jumper finished off with a white stripe. To tie this off he is wearing a heavy grey coat which makes this all look smart. 

The third picture is a white shirt 👚 with purple stripes. Wearing a casual beige waistcoat done up with only one button. Finished off with a woollen jacket matching with a grey hat 🎩 and scarf. 
Finally a copper colour chinos with a grey knitted jumper with a below the waist jacket finished off with a scarf. 

These are just a few outfits I like and would like to try in a shoot myself. 
It doesn’t matter if I do or don’t make a full time career but I would like to give it my all on that. Maybe for a catalogue, Primark, Next or any other clothing company. 

Well people I hope you like what I have written. This time of year people need to be kind and tolerant of others. Be nice to others and try to smile when facing difficult times with others. There are always people less off the you. Spread a good deed and pay it forward. 

DAY 15, 
Well what a busy day I had. We had a load of new recruits starting and having their induction for the week. That means lots of ID’s for new staff, must of been about 50 staff. 
Some people thought as well it would be a good day to kick off within where I work and in the community covering my work area. Not good. It doesn’t help when the other staff don’t give the full story of what goes on. 

On patrol this this morning I am greeted with the scenery above. Cold, wet but beautiful sun rise in the morning. This is one reason why I love winter. The beautiful colours or red, yellow, brown and black in The greenery of woodlands. 
It feels cold and biting cold to the skin but not to cold with a reflective jacket and woolly hat 🎩.

Misty and wet grounds, with dying trees 🌲 and cut back branches and trees looking like they are dying. 
It is a beautiful but sad time of year with colourful time of year. 
There is nothing better than being in the bitter cold and getting back into the warmth. 
Well remember people stay safe people. Be aware of how cold it could be when you are out and how quick the weather could change. Stay safe people and remember check on the elderly as they will feel the cold more than you and I. 

Well I said I was going to change my eating habits. I originally was going to have Almased three times a day for three days.
It was difficult but DAY was was a walk in the park, kind of. 
DAY two was a little bit harder as people kept bringing in Christmas treats into the office but I only had one or two things. 

The one good thing that came out of this is I got my arse in gear at the gym. Been killing the cardio and fat burning with weights. Fell the burn by the morning, love it. Keeping the kickboxing going too , plus at work I walk about outside for most of the day. 

I get to walk around and see scenery like this on my patrols. Seeing wildlife in peace and silence. 
Well I’ll keep up the cardio and weights. 
Remember people it’s is the season of good will, try to be tolerant of those angry scrooges out there. There may be something underlying we can’t see. Be nice and smile at every opportunity you can. 

Well as I said I was going to start trying to lose some weight. I have started on my meal replacements called Almased. Mixed with 300g sofa milk, 10g olive oil, 50g Almased powder. I have this once in the morning, lunch time and in the evening. Each shake is about 230 kals each shake. 
During the day I have had coffee and ginkgo tea through out. After I finished work I went to the gym and did about 40 minutes cardio running 🏃 and walking 🚶 at intervals. Then after that I hit the free weights and did dumbbell bench press, shoulder press and lateral raises. Bicep curls and barbell squats. And repeated the whole lot three times with two rounds. 
Well when I got home 🏡 I weighed myself and I appear to be 90.5 at the minute and that’s not all fat some of it is muscle. Just don’t know where it is 😂. So what I’m aiming for is slim waist and a little six pack and toned. Nothing big. 
Well tomorrow will be tough on day two of three shakes only. Will see how it goes. Be nice people. 

After this weekend of eating and drinking crap I need to get my act together. So I have decided to hit the meal replacements for three days. 
I’m not just picking any rubbish. I have looked into some different types of meal replacements and decided on Almased. 
It costs about £21 for a tub of about 500g and you make it by mixing about 300 MLS soya milk 🍼, 10g oil such as olive, rapeseed or flaxseed and then 50g of the powder. You will find blending it is best. 

I will have this for two to three days then replace one shake with a health meal for 4-7 days. In between this I will be doing some cardio and using weights at the gym. And the odd kickboxing class too. 

I have also downloaded Adrian James app to tighten and strengthen my core as well. But I need to get focused on doing this as from Monday morning. I will put updates on how it is going on weight and sizes and how it is going on the cardio front. 

Until tomorrow night after I come home from the gym I’ll log in and report on how it has gone. 

I have been looking for some clothes to buy, something smart and yet casual. 
I went to Primark and had a good look around in other well known shops in the high street. 

Below you will see some outfits I took a fancy to. 

You can see in the first photo we see a young man sporting a slim fit shirt 👚 with a three quarter coat trimmed with a dark collar. With dark slim fit trouser and dark slim shoes 👠. In the second he is wearing a suit toned down with a high neck dark jumper to tone the suit down. Good for office work and for a night out. And half the price of most high street shops. 

I went to try this on myself. But alas it didn’t look this good. The trousers 👖 are a slim fit but worn with a brown belt and brown 👠 shoes. With that is a light lilac 👚 shirt. But to pull it off it needs to be a slim fit shirt not loose. And to finish off the suit it would have to be a burgundy tie or a darker shade of lilac. But you might be able to wear a brown tie but it would have to match the same as your belt or shoes. 

This model is wearing a tweed two piece suit of a speckled dark grey. To make this look casual, even though it is not a smart suit, he is wearing a long sleeved black jumper with chest white panel. This dresses it down and having the sleeves pop out the end of the jacket covering the hands. 
I hope you like what I have written. I haven’t done much on fashion and I am still learning. 

This time of year is suppose to be the time of good will and people being nice to one another. 
Well let me tell you it’s not. People become so blinkered and job oriented that they forget about being nice and having manors. 
I was in town today looking for ideas for presents for my wife and family. As I was walking 🚶 to the entrance to the shopping centre an elderly woman was coming up to the 🚪 doors. As she was about to go through the doors this idiot goon of a man barged past her and nearly knocked her over. A couple asked if the lady was ok 👌🏼 and some security guard had a word with this goon. You could see him laughing 😂 to himself as he walked off. 
The streets become packed and busy, people forget everything about getting and having manors. 

This isn’t my town it’s an example of Christmas shopping in a busy high street. Don’t get me wrong. I love this time of year. Seeing all the decorations, people going out on work night outs. People having to much to drink 🍹 🍷🍸presents 🎁 and the street lights. 

People need to stop stressing out and relax about the shopping. Remember the little things in life. People be nice to one another, smile say morning to a stranger. Be nice.

DAY 14,
Well I haven’t been on here for a while, that is because I have started a new job. Now I am doing security full time now working days and nights. I can honestly say I have never been so happy in a job and learning lots more. 
I get to patrol around some grounds with beautiful surroundings and scenery. I am out all day long walking around making sure nothing is out of order and no unwanted public on sight. 

At night the moon 🌙 light is bright. At night I am hearing noises from all sorts of animals, coming from the dark bushes and 🌳 🌲 trees. I have seen so many 🐺 foxes owls and deers just to name a few animals. There is nothing to not like about this job. 
The other night I was wondering around doing my patrol and out of nowhere a bloody deer ran out of a bush and ran past me very quickly scarring the hell out of me. 

Moon the other night when it was full 

I was at work the other day and I was eves dropping on people’s conversations. It amazes me on people’s pet hates. 

I was wondering what are other people’s pet hates. Please feel free to leave comments as I would find it interesting to read what others hate:

1- Two faced people, people nice to you but bitch behind your back.

2- People that claim to be brilliant at their jobs but are bloody lazy. 

3- People that can’t handle drinking alcohol. 

4- couples that moan and groan about their partners. 

What do you readers find annoying. Spread it around. 

Not long ago I decided to go shopping in Primark for some smart clothes. I couldn’t decide on what to buy. People moan about Primark but they do have some great clothes. I was wearing at the time a hat and a scarf with a jumper. Really I should of worn a slim fit shirt 👚 as I decided to try on some waistcoats. 

The waistcoats was smart but casual at the same time. But unfortunately they didn’t suit me very well. I am usually a medium to large in my tops including jackets. But unfortunately I had to try an X large in waistcoats. Don’t know why? 

Well that day I found out. Either I need to lose some wait around my waistline and build some muscle. Or it is just that they don’t suit me at all. So I decided to try and lose some wait with smaller portions and healthier food with more exercise. 
Well people have a great day. Look after your loved ones. Wish or say a prey for others that are less fortunate. Try do do something nice for someone and ask them to pay it forward. Be good people. 

Finished chapter four so happy it going well. I am really enjoying writing this short story in my spare time. Think I’m going to call it Belonging to a new world. 

Not so long back I went for a shoot in London. I paid £50 but I got that back. It took about four hours overall. The thing that pissed me off was I was told to take someone to give me support. When I got there I was told I was not to have anyone with me. So after a heated discussion my wife had to go round London, Piccadilly entertaining herself. 
As you can imagine this pissed me off hugely but I did enjoy the shoot. So below I have a few shots from the shoot.

DAY 13,
I went to a the airport the past few weeks and it amazes me how rude and uncaring people can be so rude and selfish. When at the airport (won’t say what one) but a lot of airports it happens. 
I was waiting to hear the gate called for my flight and when it was called people started pushing and pushing people as the went to the called for gate. 
At the end of the day people will get on the flight and get their seat no matter what. No need to be rude and push people. I saw a young mum struggling with her child and people mainly men barging pass her and one moron knocked over the child but carried on walking. Tutting as he walked into her. If I had chance I could of knocked into him.  
On the way back people pushed and knocked into people when getting their hand luggage from the over head hold all. I had one person push me out way and as I got up I called him a few names and he acted as he could not see what he did wrong. If I had treated him the way he treated me I would of been band from flying. 
In my opinion flight crew should have the power of arrests or detaining and fine unruly passengers. There should be security on every flights. I know that there would be security staff on flights with powers of hand cuff unruly passengers and powers of detaining. 

DAY 12,
well first thing first, sorry for not being around. I have had a short break from things. Last week I went away to a country known as Slovakia 🇸🇰. First thing I did was got a train 🚂 from my home town and went to Birmingham airport. It was a morning flight by plane ✈️. 

When we got there I hired a car 🚗 and to be fare it was cheap as. I hired the car for about five days and it cost me about 98 Euros. I drove around on my days to different towns. One place I went to was a city called Zilina. This is a big town full of fashion shops, cafes and lots of bars. I went into a small shop and they make fresh baguettes. I had half a baguette which was about 7 inches with two pieces of breaded chicken 🍗 and red cabbage in mayonnaise. 

I also stopped in a small village which was surrounded by mountains. I did like it in this village as people I don’t know greater me with a smile and a nod. Beautiful place to visit and I highly recommend visiting the smaller towns and villages, most of the people are nice 👍🏼 and welcoming. 

This is a cake 🎂 made from cream cheese, bread, salad, cheese 🧀, tomatoes 🍅, and three different salamis and ham. Between the bread 🍞 is a soft tasting coleslaw. Put together like this it is to die for.

Chapter 1 

The Beginning of It All.

If you can picture this about James, he is about 5ft10 of medium build with just a little defined muscular body and needing to lose a pound or two from his gut so you can see his six pack. He has short brown hair on his head that is starting to disappear slowly and it is also going grey, you know the salt and pepper look. On his left Arm he has a tattoo of a crucifix but in a Celtic knot design, lower down his left arm he has a scar on his fore arm he got when he was a child and fell into a thorn bush. James is supposed to be wearing glasses but he thinks that he doesn’t need them so he tends not to wear them often, only when he is driving at night.

James spends most of his time working half days as a security guard for different companies and his is classed as self-employed. It has taken him about two years to build up his reputation as a good reliable security guard and he has spent a lot of money in advertising himself out there to different companies as well. James is starting to see a comeback on his money now after a hard two years and it won’t be long until he has earned wages in the region of the hundred thousand over the two years. James has slogged his guts out to get where he is today and he is not going to let it fail. He just wishes he had someone to share it with him. James can work from the hours of say 05:00 to 14:00 or 18:00 to 06:00, just to give you an example of some of the hours James works. He never does twelve hour days only just short days. But he does love being a security guard as he mostly works by himself and if he does end up working with anyone else it is usually some older man that just wants to sit and monitor the CCTV while James patrols the grounds. Don’t get James wrong he likes it that way, making his own decisions and only needing to worry about himself.

When James is not working, he likes to spend his time wondering around the shops and eat meals out in pubs or cafes. James is not a man who needs to flash that he is earning well, to be honest he looks like a man that doesn’t have a lot of money. He thinks it is better that way because if people find out that you have a lot of money they will be round begging for loans that they make you feel obliged to give. So if James can go what is known as window shopping by himself with no one bothering him he is the happiest man alive. James often sits in a coffee house in the centre of town and always orders a flat white with an extra shot; he does this so much the people working in the coffee house see him coming and makes it before he has ordered. James likes this but feels very uncomfortable with this kindness. Since he was 17 years old James has had to be by himself as both his parents suddenly disappeared from sight and sound. He is classed as an orphan because the police could not find his parents or any trace of them. So James has had to fend for himself and be helped out by social services since the day his parents disappeared. This is why James feels uneasy in social setting as he has never really had anyone to guide him.

James parents kissed him good bye in the morning when they were leaving for work one sunny morning and said that they would pick a take away up on the way home after work. James didn’t really know what his mum and dad did for a living, he just knew that they both worked together and this made them a strong couple. They loved James to pieces and they idolised James but did not spoil him, but he never wanted for nothing. This meant they had plenty of money and it must have been a well-paid job what they did. But what they actually did James never knew what it was. In the morning, James mum kissed him good bye for the very last time, unknown to James. James got his school bag and headed out the door to school, once at school James went to Maths and half way through his lesson the head teacher came into class and spoke to the maths teacher. They both looked at James with a troubled but sad expression on their old faces. The head teacher asked James to follow her to her office as there is two police officers wanting to speak to him. Walking to the head teachers office, James was thinking about what he could of done to get into trouble. Thinking back James had not been in a fight for the past three days so it cannot be that. Walking in the office the two police officers stood up and greeted James with a stern handshake. As soon as the male officer started speaking to James as if he was a five year old boy, James asked the officer what had happened to his parents. Apparently his parent’s car had been found abandoned in woods with no sign of any injuries or them ever being in the car. The car was spotless and the forensic team could not find any trace of his parents, no hair, and no blood stains, not even a finger print. It was like they had never been in the car and his parents had just vanished.

DAY 11, 
Well sorry for not being around on here lately but I have had a few busy days, I have been seeing family and friends around the town. Plus I have had a birthday and I have been celebrating that. I have had the time book off work as I try not to work on my birthday 🎉 as I want to relax and see loved ones. 
I went to see my parents for a change and found my mum and dad have gone and got themselves a new pet dog 🐶. To me it looks like a cross breed, something that resembles a Lurcher I think. What do you readers think? 

Once I had been to see them I got home and had a bottle of Jack Daniels Fire bought for me. Now one thing I do like is a bottle of Jack Daniels. I find you can almost anything with this like lemonade, Diet Coke or Pepsi, water or just ice. It is a very sweet tasting drink 🍹 and not a lot of people like this as it is more on the side of being a liquor. After a few glasses of this I decided to go for a walk into town to see what books I could by myself. 

Walking 🚶 into town I could feel the alcohol hitting me with the fresh air, that was only two glasses. Not your ordinary measures, my own measures 😂. When I eventually got into town I decided to get a book on writing a novel. I do enjoy writing and after reading a story in writers magazine about a man who wrote books and self published I thought I would give it a try. Now I am on my third chapter. The story is only going to be short but I will get it done and publish it for kindle.

When I get it written I’m thinking about putting a chapter on here. What do you guys think? You have to remember I’m not a professional writer or have degrees in English literature. I’m just an ordinary man trying to spread a good word or two. 
So I hope people are trying to be nice to one another and try not to judge people that are different to ourselves. Give them time and be patients with them. Give someone a smile even if it’s a stranger, you never know it could change their life with a simple smile. 

DAY 10, 
Well how is everyone today. At the start of my typing I am at work on my break and it is 00:00 and I’ll have about 1hour and 20 minutes. Work has been very quiet tonight with no problems arising on the ward. I spent most of my time playing cards and sitting chatting to different patients. It was a lovely shift indeed. 
Well I have been looking at the self publishing on Amazon and maybe put some of my work out there. What do you all think? I wouldn’t mind being able to write something on here but also publish my work as well. I have started a story about my character James and what happens to him on a daily basis. 
As I worked a night shift last night, I didn’t get up to much during the day. When I got home 🏡 I had a shower 🚿 and got straight into bed. It wasn’t long before someone was knocking at my door. So I ignored the knock and went back to sleep 😴. It was the post lady trying to drop off a parcel for me but as I didn’t answer she left it with our neighbours. Then around 14:00 the was a carpenter outside our house making lots of noise, which did wake me up. So as from then I have been awake and not able to sleep. 
Down in the kitchen I start to make my food which consists of two shakes and some zoodles again With some vegetables. I have already had one of my shakes earlier next I’ll be having my zoodles with a ginkgo tea. 

My lunch for tonight. Not all at once, it will be slit through the night. 

This is the tea I’ll be drinking tonight. It’s an acquired taste in deed, but I enjoy them. 
So with my book 📚 it is going to be one with short stories in about James. Some good things and some boring. 

Well I shall bob you a good night as I will try and grab at leat an hours kip before I finish my break. I bid you all a good night or evening depending on where you are. Remember people be nice and smile more at people. Enjoy yourself and stay safe. 

DAY 9,
Well what a time it’s been for me. Sorry I haven’t put much on here but work has been busy. I haven’t got photos to put on here either, just one I think. 
Well I did over time the other day, doing site security at a hospital. I started at 07:30 and finished my day at 19:30, and did the time fly by indeed. In the morning we had to go around some departments and unlock them for the day shift. There was a lot of new staff starting so I was shown how to do staff I.D’s, which looked complicated but when doing them it was easy. There must of been about thirty to forty photos taken. Once they were done my colleague and I went for a drive around the ground to check perimeter fencing. It was great on the way round as we saw a baby deer prancing around by some trees 🌲 on the ground. 
In the afternoon we had a phone 📱 call to say that a helicopter is doing a training flight and will need to land on our playing field. So two of us went to the playing field and made sure the field was clear. When arrived it circled around two or three times then came over the field and hovered. Once it had done that it landed for about ten seconds and then hovered again. We got a salute from the two guys hanging in the doors, which was nice. Then it went up and flew off back the way it came. For me that was exciting. 
This morning I went to town as I wanted to get Novembers edition of writing magazine. Haven’t read it yet. I’ll do that after I finish typing and finished my lunch break. It is 00:18 here at the minute and I’m chilling writing, I find it relaxes me. I’m working a night shift tonight and tomorrow night to. It’s been peaceful here tonight and patients were all mostly asleep 😴 by 23:00. 
I also went for a run 🏃 today around our local park and managed 5km. Not to bad. Once I got home 🏡 I had a shower and cooked some food for tonight. I made a courgette into noodles and I cooked onion, mushrooms 🍄 and peppers into it. Bloody lovely it was. I also have two shakes as well for later in the night. 
By the way I want to thank the readers of my work for getting my work as blog of the week. Many thanks 🙏 and I really appreciate it. Well I hope you are all well. Remember people be nice to someone. Remember that not everyone will be as smart as you or as quick as you. We are all different and have different abilities, so be patient with someone who is not as quick. Smile and breath. We all had to start from knowing very little. Stay safe and look out for the weaker person. 

DAY 8,
Well I managed to finish work at 04:30 this morning with time owing and last break. So I got home around 04:40 give or take. I got home and my wife was fast asleep and I got into bed without waking her, bonus. She had set the alarm for 06:00 and woke around this time. I took her to the station for around 07:20 and waved her off goodbye😢. 
Well this morning, I went for a walk as there was no way I was going to sleep. My head was racing and I didn’t want to take something for helping me sleep. I played on my phone for a while and then the morning alarm went off and dam that alarm scared the shit out of me. 
After dropping my wife off I went for a walk in the local park. It does look nice and it is a shame that more demolished sights don’t turn it into a playground??? But hey who am I to say that. 
I had to book my car 🚗 in to fix the head lights as it is easy to change the bulb but it’s the realigning the lights. But we will see today. 
I am also waiting to hear if I have an interview for a new job within the place I am working. 

On the early hours of the morning on the way home in the market square. Suns just coming up and it is blinding in places. 

This is the park where I went for a walk and run around for the morning. I still could not sleep so I lay there trying to chill. So I go down stairs and watch a bit of recorded TV 📺. 

As I went for a walk I went round another park and it makes me think of living in the country side. 

This looks beautiful and it is so relaxing just to walk around. Shame on building companies. Why not turn a building site into a park or a walk way with trees and bushes with lighting. 
Any way I may try and put something else for later. Work has just called me and I have a security shifty for tomorrow day time. I will finish around 17;00 and go straight to kickboxing. Will be fun tomorrow evening then. 
Remember people, be nice to someone, whether it be a stranger or a friend. Relax in the face of confrontation and smile. I will bid you good day and I’ll chat soon. Take care and be nice and relax. 

DAY 7, 
Well as I thought 💭 last night was extremely quiet and we finished work on time. When I got home I went straight to bed for a change but there was one problem. My head was racing with all sort of stupid, unnecessary things so to battle this I took a quarter or a tablet to help me sleep. 
Thanks to some selfish git outside I only managed to sleep until 14:30 as they were playing noisy music with to much bass. Thanks very much. So with that I got up and decided to make myself a decaf coffee ☕️ just invade I doze off again. With being awake I decided to watch some more Blind Spot. Oooooo it’s getting really good at the minute. 

I have decided to walk to work tonight as it is mild outside but there is still a little nip in the air. The time is 18:15 and my wife has decided to join me on the walk to work. She isn’t working she has the night off luck sod, to be fair she is at UNI all day tomorrow. So on the way it is actually really busy on the streets onwards town. We have to walk through town so I can get to work. We pop into a new Starbucks for a coffee but they shut the coffee machine down 20 minutes before hand to clean it. Don’t understand why they did that when they ate still open. Never mind. 
As we walk to work we decide to take a short cut through a church grounds and it sounds nice. We can hear people singing in the church. It has taken us nearly 45 minutes to walk to work from where we live. Which isn’t to bad, it was a steady pace too. 

Whilst at work it has been very quiet and no incidents have happened. I have decided to take some time that is owed to me so I will be finishing very early. Because I have walked a staff member has offered to give me a lift to my house 🏡 in their break. I am very grateful for the offer. So I should be getting home around 05:00 😁. 
I’m not sure I will sleep as not long after I get home my wife will be heading out to UNI and I may join her for a walk to the station to say goodbye. 
Well people I want to say a huge, massive thank you for reading my post and getting me a blog of the week. Many many thanks. Please carry on with supporting. I one day want to get some work printed in a book 📚 and maybe write a column for a paper. That be my ideal job. Any way once again many thanks. 

DAY 6, 
Well it was a truly uneventful night last night I must say. Patient were all in bed by 23:00 and I just sat by the bedrooms for the next 8 hours. Not exciting I can tell you. I did a few patient notes and made staff a few drinks and had a break at about midnight. 
When i finished in the morning I went straight to bed. I was way beyond tired at this point. I finally settled in bed at about 09:00 and my head felt like it was racing. That’s never a good thing when you want to sleep. Next thing I know my alarm is going off and it was 17:00. I couldn’t be arsed to get out of bed but I knew I had to get up and make some food for work. 
In the kitchen I put the radio on and made myself a coffee, a bloody strong one at that ☕️. I had some chicken left over from the day before so I threw a salad together, no dressing on the salad. And I also made a carrot and couchette into noodles and with that I had two hard boiled eggs mashed in. Bloody lovely. 
Well as I am righting I am on my break and I have just had my veg noodles, yes they were outstanding if I don’t mind saying. I have sat at work tonight and watched the staff I am with. It amazes me how many moan about getting asked to do things for patients. Why the hell come here then? Some people still amaze me on how lazy or bone idle they can be. 
Well I must apologise as I have no photos to put up tonight. SORRY. I didn’t have time to have something relevant to my day I afraid. I will try harder tomorrow as I may be walking to work tomorrow evening. So I will see what I come across. Hope that the one who messaged me about what they are doing has a nice time seeing friends and family. Plus good luck with you 20 odd cats 🐱. Thank you to all those lovely people out there that read what I write. Please keep reading as it inspires me to write more and in turn it will get me to improve on my writing as well. Just want to say Thank You for reading and please carry on. Respect to you all. Remember be nice to some one, friend, family, work colleagues or just a stranger. It will come back to you.

DAY 5,
Good day fellow readers, I hope you are all well. I am at work tonight and working very hard as usual ( truth, honestly). What is everyone doing for the weekend? Me , I’m working all weekend. 
Well not a lot has happened today. I lead a boring life don’t I ? I got my self out of bed this morning for 08:45 so I could be at my GP surgery for 09:35 to have my repeat bloods done. I went and saw the nurse there and she was really good, as I can be difficult to get blood from. This nurse got it first time, so I was impressed. She told me my cholesterol was 5.8 so it is a little high. Now my diet has to change. 
When I got home I went back to bed for a while and watched Kung-fu panda 3. Love that film; once that was over I went for a run in the park and I managed two laps, think it’s the equivalent of 5 km give or take. Not to bad a run, the only thing was it was a little cold today so I had to wear tracksuit bottoms instead of shorts. Once I was home I showered off and got dressed, plus I had to go shopping( boo). 
We went shopping in Morrisons for a change. I had to get some veg for my food for work that night. Some very good deals there too. I brought myself some cheese twist for the last time. I also brought myself a magazine about writing, it gives you competitions and guidance on writing, plus lots more. 
Around 14:35 I went back to bed and fell asleep until 17:00 and woke fully refreshed, I lie. I felt so tired when I woke up. I felt like crying. Getting ready and walking like a zombie I made us both coffee and took two Pro plus. Took a while to kick in but I felt it. Work was fine apart from a few bloody lazy staff. Can’t stand lazy staff, it does my head in. If you don’t want to be there why not ring in sick or don’t book a shift. Don’t bloody come to work and ignore what needs to be done. Stupid. 
Well as I said I’m working tomorrow so there is not going to be a lot to say tomorrow, but we will see. Well my fellow readers I hope you have a pleasant weekend. Please feel free to let me know what you are up to and maybe I can put that in my writing. Well I will bid you good night , or good day depending on where you are in the world. Remember try to be nice, no matter how hard it may be as it will be paid forward and come back on you stronger. 

DAY 4,
Good evening readers, sorry for not posting anything but to be fair I didn’t do anything, I stayed in bed. So today I done a little more that the other day. 
This morning I think I must of got up about 09:30 and could I get out of bed? No I couldn’t I was knackered. I laid there for about another 30 minutes and decided to get breakfast and a coffee. For breakfast I had two small pieces of toast with avocado, egg and spinach. It tasted good if I don’t mind saying. 
After this I went back to bed and watched a few episodes of Blind Spot. This is about a woman with no memory and her body is full of tattoos and she don’t know how it happened. She is sent to an FBI agent. The thing with the tattoos is they are all hints to crimes that will happen. She starts to go out into the field with the FBI team. 
After that I had a nurse call me about recent blood test I had and apparently my cholesterol is a little high. No it is time to change my diet. No more fried food, cut down on dairy and some fats. To be honest I don’t have that much fried food, I think it’s mainly the dairy such as cheese and milk. Who knows. 
It came to 17:00 and it was time for me to get ready for kickboxing. It should take me about 15 minutes to get there but unfortunately it took me 40 minutes as traffic was horrendous. I got there with just enough time to get changed and mind set. Tonight we did a lot of pad work and combination. I was with the new guy and I had to teach him to take it slowly and not to worry about the more experienced members. Get the moves and work on the technic first. The guy did really well as he had never done anything like this before. 

I am at home chilling now waiting for my wife to finish work to pick her up. Then when we get back I think it maybe a few more episodes of Blind Spot. Tomorrow as well I’m going for another blood test at my GP surgery. Plus I am at work for a while tomorrow as well.
